"I don't usually write reviews, but I really felt compelled to do so with this vendor. Keith with Spartan Pools was professional, knowledgeable and punctual throughout our pool building process. When we initially were getting bids, he was the only one that showed up with samples, gave us reading materials and made us feel like he was going to take care of us. And boy did he ever. His prices were fair and while we'd never built a pool before, he held our hand the whole way. Keith took care of all renderings, permitting and contractors and everyone he brought in was top notch. As we were doing a full renovation to the house at the same time, we saw how his crew worked and it was insanely methodical. They were there exactly when they said they would be, the were finished when they said they would be and they CLEANED UP after they were done! Even when other contractors (not associated with Spartan Pools) left tools on the pool coping that stained the tile, Spartans guys came out on their own time and replaced those tiles without even being asked. Keith has an eye for detail and won't stand for inferior quality work. His guys are great and I would absolutely hire him again. Even after the process, he's become quite a friend. Just a really good guy doing really good work at really fair prices. There's a reason why he only has 5 star reviews. If you're looking for a pool builder in the Phoenix area, don't look any further. "Keith is the answer. Every time we have anyone set foot in our home that hasn't been here for awhile, they look out the back windows and gasp and ask "Who did your pool!?!" Keith. Keith has been a real pleasure to work with. He told us "Tell us how you want it and we'll build you anything you want". Our backyard used to be a place without much reason to spend time there. Now its really an extension of our living space and we are back there ALL the time. So - Reasons why Keith is the answer: He really allowed us to design every detail and fine tune and improve ideas along the way. During the Process, you get smarter and smarter and we kept adding more and more ideas. One thing I REALLY appreciated was each time we wanted to upgrade our original idea, the additional cost was always just parts plus labor. He never beat us up on the pricing for upgrades and we did a lot of them. ALSO - Keith looked at the whole project like he knew we wanted it to come out really nice, so he was always really invested in making sure that it did come out really nice. What I mean is that there were a few times where a worker or a sub did some item and it was mostly okay, not perfect, but okay/acceptable. NOPE - there were several things that Keith said "We're going to do that over" - and he did - things that I didn't even ask him to redo and several times he re-did it personally and PERFECTLY. He even re-did a couple things more than once and even suggested things that were great ideas that we didn't even think of. He's a heck of a nice guy. He's honest and he shows up. If he says he'll come by, he will - and anytime we had a concern, here he was. By the way, my literal college roommate (not Keith) is a pool builder, but he told me he needed 13 months to build a pool and we wanted it done in time for a big event that was time sensitive. Not including waiting on the Permit and waiting on cement, our pool was done in 3 months. Advice: Buy Once, Cry Once! (make it really nice - its such a pleasure) Do the Fires! Do the Hot Shower! Use giant 16x26 stone deck throughout instead of mixed size patterns. Get on Keith's Schedule! Thanks again Keith!! Wade"

"I would highly recomend Spartan Pool Builders to any one looking to build a new pool or to upgrade . After a nightmare with another pool company with almost 8 months having justs hole, with pool project on hold, we were recomended with Keith to complete the project. I cannot say enough on how satisfied we are and what a smooth process it was . We are very happy with the level of care he showed us from day one, always available for any concerns or questions, completed the pool on time and gave us our dream yard."

"This guy is by far the best pool builder. My wife and I buy and sell homes often. And Keith (owner) really listens to what WE wanted in a pool. I really can not say enough about Keith. When you call the company line make sure to ask for him (Keith) To many builder are… do it this way instead of (YOUR) way Do yourself a favor and call him first.
